Position Overview:

Responsibilities: 
 
  • Administrative office tasks, including but not limited to taking payments, researching billing issues, answering calls, quoting coverage changes and following up on payments and cancellations.
  • Completing policy reviews and underwriting requests.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Continuously looking for sales opportunities in the conversations had on a daily basis.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
